As we grow, our muscles begin to lose flexibility and become more rigid. It is a natural part of the aging process . You begin to feel with less energy, less strength and less ability to perform a series of physical tasks that you could previously do with great ease. At least, that is what should happen to all of us in theory …
However, not all people experience the same thing. These two grandparents are a clear example that "age is only a number". In a dance studio, these two elders (who are also better friends !) Are recorded while they do not stop moving the skeleton.
They move in such a coordinated and perfect way that I would not have imagined it coming from two elderly people. I did not dance half as well as they do when I was twenty years old. What these two old men do, is worthy of admiration! And best of all, you can see them enjoying themselves!
