Bread is one of the basics in most of the houses in the world, whether in the form of toast, piquitos or bread sticks, it accompanies all our meals and is a delight. Prepare your own bread without an ounce of flour.
Either because you are celiac or because you want to remove the flour of your diet, this bread recipe will help you keep this delicious companion in your meals.
- 5 clear egg
- 150ml of water
- 100g of walnuts
- 100g of flaxseed
- 100g of sunflower seed
- 100g of sesame seed
- 100g of pumpkin seed
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Once you have all the ingredients, it's time to put go to work!
1- Separate the whites from the yolks.
When you have the 5 clear separate, add a little salt and beat for 1 minute.
2. Add the baking soda, water and mix well.
3. Grind all the seeds.
You must grind the sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds well until you get a flour consistency . The best thing is that you turn to a processor to do it.
4- Add your new flour to the previous mixture.
5- Put the mixture in a mold.

7- Let cool
