It's never the time to start getting in shape and you'll always find excuses to postpone it. This week not that I'm very busy, next week I have business dinner, on Monday I start. A thousand excuses, but that Monday never comes . Stop making excuses and get fit with these simple exercises that you can do from home and as soon as you master, you'll want much more.
Get fit from home with these 5 exercises
Lie on the floor on your stomach with the chin on the floor, stretch the arms to each lasso with the palms down and stretches as much as you can legs . Breathe slowly and raise your legs at the same time. Hold for a few seconds and get off with the next breath.
2- The board
The perfect exercise for your ABS. Support your body upside down on arms and legs. Stretch your legs until all the weight is on the toes and your elbows. It hardens the abdomen and stretches the legs a little more. Keep your back fully straight and hold your posture for a few minutes.
3- The position of the cobra
Lie down on your stomach with your feet together, support your hands and lift yourself up at a 90º angle . While inhaling, raise your torso as much as you can while keeping your head. Hold the position for 30 seconds
Lie on your back with your knees bent towards you chest. Slowly stretch your legs up while resting your back on your hands . Keep this position between 30 and 60 seconds
Lie on your back with the hands behind the head and raise the legs at a 30º angle, keep the abdomen hard and give 3 deep breaths in this position. Now raise your legs until you reach 60º, breathe 3 times and go up to 90º. Repeat the operation while low.
